Absolute MMA and Conditioning offers a range of challenging and fun fitness programs for all fitness and experience levels that utilise elements of Boxing, Kickboxing and MMA.

Our Boxing FIT, Kickboxing FIT and MMA FIT programs use real combat sport techniques in a supportive and positive non-contact environment and they will quickly get you into fighting fit condition while teaching you a lot of new skills along the way.

Our Boxing FIT, Kickboxing FIT and MMA FIT classes are much like their full-contact counterparts (Boxing, Muay Thai and MMA classes) but with a much stronger focus on improving your fitness, strength and flexibility. That is not to say that technique goes out the window however; we have experienced fighters watching your form and guiding you through every class.

Classes will start with a sport-specific warm-up that generally involves some light bodyweight exercises, shadowboxing, stretching and drills to get you loose and ready to strike. If you’ve never done this kind of training before, that’s fine – we’ll guide you through it.

Following the warm-up you will be taken through a variety of different drills, exercises, and combinations on both bags and pads, as you would in a typical boxing, Muay Thai or MMA class, but with a stronger emphasis on keeping you working hard.

Every class will be different but to finish you will usually be working your core, doing a number of ab exercises to end the session.


Pradeep Sihag

Pradeep Singh Sihag is a professional boxer with a combined amateur and professional record of 144 wins, 6 losses and 1 draw. He is the WBC Asian Middleweight Champion, Pan Asian Boxing Association Middleweight Champion and Oriental Pacific Boxing Federation Asian Middleweight Champion.

He has been ranked as the #1 middleweight in Australia, #1 in Asia and #13 in the World.

He is a four-time National Champion in India and was a star of the FOX reality TV show, The Contender.

Luke Catubig

Luke Catubig has been training martial arts since the age of 11 and competing in MMA since 2005. He is the Brace Featherweight Champion and holds an MMA record of 11 wins with 6 losses and has fought in Australian Fighting Championships and Hex Fighting Championships, two of the largest MMA organisations in Australia, as well as URCC in the Philippines.

In 2014, Luke scored the fastest knockout in Australian Fighting Championships history, stopping his opponent in 10 seconds.

Moses Bentley

Moses Bentley has over 15-years experience in competitive sport. He is a qualified Personal Trainer holding a Cert III & IV in Fitness, he has completed the ASCA Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coaching course and the AIK Level 2 Kettlebell Training course. Moses has experience as a professional mixed martial artist and has also spent time on the rugby field and training in other sporting interests such as tennis and surfing.

Jeremy Wharerau

Jeremy Wharerau is a former professional mixed martial artist with a record of 4 wins, 2 losses, and 1 draw with one win coming via KO in a bout fought in America. Although proficient in both striking and grappling, Jeremy's approach to the mental aspects of training and fighting have seen his students to success at all levels, including bouts at Australian Fighting Championship, Hex Fight Series and Valor, the largest MMA events in Australia.

Paul Bai

Paul Bai is a qualified and experienced personal trainer and a Muay Thai practitioner with a record of 3 wins, 1 loss and 1 draw.

Paul has a holistic training philosophy and he holds a Cert III & IV in Fitness, he is a ZUU Master Trainer, Powerplate Level 2 and is currently undertaking a Precision Nutrition Course.

He has trained athletes for AFL, rugby, basketball and martial arts as well as training individuals for permanent weight loss and lean muscle gains. He holds a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
