A grappling-centric art, the goal of BJJ is to force your opponent into submission with joint locks and chokes. The emphasis is on technique and leverage and BJJ was designed to allow a smaller person defeat a stronger foe with ease.
Muay Thai, “The Art of Eight Limbs”, is one of the most devastating striking arts in the world.
Utilizing punches, elbows, kicks and knees, Muay Thai teaches ring-proven techniques for the competitive arena and self-defence.
Although the Thai art is a challenging physical workout that will hone your balance, speed and power, Absolute MMA and Conditioning has classes for all fitness and skill levels.
An intricate and challenging sport, boxing calls for the use of punches combined with head movement, footwork, timing, intuition, power and speed. “The sweet science” is a simple art to learn but a difficult art to master.

Absolute MMA and Conditioning offers a range of challenging and fun fitness programs for all fitness and experience levels that utilise elements of Boxing, Kickboxing and MMA.

Wrestling is one of the oldest sports in the world and a core part of mixed martial arts.
Absolute MMA and Conditioning’s wrestling program teaches takedowns, takedown defence and positional dominance for mixed martial arts, allowing you to dictate the flow of the fight.
Wrestling is also fantastic for developing explosive power, strength, balance and leverage skills.
Although it will help you develop that coveted beach body, Absolute MMA and Conditioning’s functional strength classes will develop muscles that you can actually use, not just show.
Utilizing compound lifts with kettlebells and bodyweight exercises, our Functional Strength classes will help you develop real strength for real life.
The Absolute Kid’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Program helps build life skills for your child through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). Your child will develop discipline, respect, honour, leadership and self-confidence, and much more. Our program ensures that your child is bully-proof and ready to face life’s challenges.
Caters for those with no prior experience. Strongly recommended for your first four weeks of training.
Great for beginners but recommended for all levels. Strong focus on developing skills and techniques
Advanced techniques and training. Requires a good grasp of the fundamentals. Blue belt and above for BJJ classes.
Technique assumes blue belt level of knowledge, but all levels are welcome to train.
No instruction but recommended for all students. Good opportunity for drilling and extra training.
Open to everyone, from beginner to advanced.
Catered to the needs of members with upcoming bouts. Coaches will be varied as required. Open to all members but typically has quite a lot of sparring.
